Retirement KITAS - C319

Retirement visa as Kitas Holder is visa for foreigner who want to stay minimum 12 months in Indonesia because the Kitas (Limited Stay Permit) has 12 months validity for stay permit and possible to do extension till 5 times without leaving Indonesia. The kitas also has Multiple Exit Re-Entry Permit that has same validity with stay permit. So kitas holder can leaving Indonesian and re-entry many times during stay permit and multiple re entry permit still valid. The kitas possible also convert to KITAP (Permanent Stay Permit) after 3rd extension. The Kitap has 5 years directly for stay permit validity and has 2 years Multiple Exit Re-Entry Permit.

What are the required documents?

Minimum age is 55 years old
Color copy front page passport and has minimum 2 years validity
Color copy cover passport that mention your nationality
Color copy statement of bank account, minimum balance fund is $1500 USD for foreigner who inside Indonesia and $10.000 for foreigner who outside Indonesia
Color copy policy of health or travell insurance
Color copy lease agreement of house rent including color copy ID card (KTP) of the owner
Color copy ID card (KTP) maid servant or house keeper
Complete and details address in Indonesia (Bali)
Color copy vaccine certificate

PROCESS

Process :

1. Center Immigration Office in Indonesia (In Jakarta)
First application is applying approval visa at the center immigration office in Indonesia which is in Jakarta. The approval we called Electronic Visa or E-Visa. Normal process will takes around 10 to 14 working days depend of the system inside immigration.

2. Local Immigration Office
For foreigner who outside Indonesia, after E visa issue then you need to entry Indonesia maximum 20 days after visa issue. We need original passport maximum 5 days after enter Indonesia to submit to local immigration office based on your address. For foreigner who inside Indonesia, need original passport immediately after E visa issue because must submit to immigration office at least 7 days after the date issue of the visa. We submit to immigration office to make registration of the kitas and multiple exit re entry permit. You need come to immigration to do photo and finger print when schedule issue. 5-7 after photo and finger print the visa will be issue.
