Family KITAS - C317

This type of KITAS is issues to the dependent family members (spouse and/ or children under 18 years of age) of main KITAS holders. So, if your spouse has a Work/ Investor KITAS, they can sponsor your KITAS application.

It also issued to the foreigner spouse of Indonesian citizens.

If you have a family or spouse KITAS, you are not allowed to work. For That, you have to be sponsored by an Indonesian company, who has to obtain a work permit (NOTIFICATION) on your behalf.

Based on Presidential Regulation No 20 of 2018 concerning the use of foreign workers stated about Investor KITAS. Investor KITAS itself has 2 types, they are :

Investor KITAS with position as Director and Commissioner in the company with minimum Rp. 1,000,000,000 shares is no need to have working permit (free 1200 USD), and able to apply investor KITAS
Investor KITAS as shareholder without position in the company can apply investor KITAS with minimum shares 10,000,000,000 (free 1200 USD).

PROCESS

Process :

1. E-Visa ( Approval for taking visa)

This process is for get a approval from Dirjen Immigration in Jakarta to collect visa in Indonesia. This Visa is in Electronic form and we will send via Email to you. When you already get the visa you can directly flight to Indonesia without go to Indonesia Embassy overseas. This process would take about 7-14 days process. And in arrival gate please show your E-visa so there is no wrong stamp.

2. Immigration (Limited stay and Re-entry permit)

After you arrive, please send your passport to our office to process the kitas in immigration nearest. Also there will be schedule for take picture, fingerprint and interview. This process would take about 14 days. And normally the passport and kitas will be finish 3 days after take a picture. For the kitas validity immigration will follow your arrival date or even validity from your spose working/investor KITAS .
