  1. Investor KITAS with position as Director and Commissioner in the company with minimum Rp. 1,000,000,000 shares is no need to have working permit (free 1200 USD), and able to apply investor KITAS
  2. Investor KITAS as shareholder without position in the company can apply investor KITAS with minimum shares 10,000,000,000 (free 1200 USD).

  • OSS license (NIB, IZIN Lokasi, Izin Usaha)
  • Wajib lapor ketenagakerjaan
  • Certificate of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
  • Organization chart
  • ID Card of Director/ Commisioner
  • ID card of Assistant
  • Recommendation  letter   from    Kemenko field kemaritiman and investasi.

  • Copy Of 20 Months Passport Validity (identity & cover Page)
  • Curriculum Vitae Copy Of Diploma
  • Photograph any Size and any background
  • Copy work reference minimum 5 years
  • Bank statement min 10.000 USD
  • Life/ Health insurance Address in Bali, Abroad Email Address
  • Phone number
  • PCR Test free from covid-19 (need after notification issued)
  • Certificate Vaccine full dose Health of Certificate from Hospital.
  • Proof of having received the full dose of Covid- 19 Vaccine.
  • Certificate of good conduct state that have no criminal records.

PROCESS

Process :

1. E-Visa ( Approval for taking visa)

This process is for get a approval from Dirjen Immigration in
Jakarta to collect visa in Indonesia. This Visa is in Electronic form and we will send via Email to you. When you already get the visa you can directly flight to Indonesia without go to Indonesia Embassy overseas. This process would take about 7-14 days process. And in arrival gate please show your E-visa so there is no wrong stamp.

2. Immigration (Limited stay and Re-entry permit)

After you arrive, please send your passport to our office to process the kitas in immigration nearest. Also there will be schedule for take picture, fingerprint and interview. This process would take about 14 days. And normally the passport and kitas will be finish 3 days after take a picture. For the kitas validity immigration will follow your arrival date or even validity from your spose working/investor KITAS .
